From expected arrival to service review, keep the port call, people and timings connected. During the manoeuvre, the operational view lets the team act with the vessel’s context in sight.
Before: prepare the service from the port call
Consult ETA/ETD, origin, destination and berth. Ship agents’ emails assist preparation: a person reviews the details and confirms creation of the manoeuvre. Organise estimated timings, the pilot and resources in that context.
During: a working view, not just a watchpoint
The operational view combines AIS tracking of the vessel and assigned pilot boat with the information needed to deliver the service. Follow and recentre the map while keeping origin, destination, moorings and vessel particulars in view.
Update people and support
Change the pilot and boarding side. Update tugs by named assignment or by count, according to the service preparation.
Adjust the expected start
Change the estimated start time with the manoeuvre’s context available. The estimate retains its role as a forecast.
Keep the vessel as your reference
Consult dimensions, draught and heading alongside port geometry. Switch following between the vessel and assigned pilot boat when you need to recover their position.

Retrieve milestones and compare planned with recorded timings. Consult history and available tracks for the vessel, pilot boat and tugs when identified. The port call retains the connection to reports and administrative records.
